IMPORTANT!

  1. IZOFLEX cladding should be applied on dry days, preferably at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
  2. Unlike traditional tiles, installation should begin at the corner of the wall.
  3. Freshly installed walls must be protected from rain until the adhesive is completely dry.
  4. Lamells should not be applied to frozen surfaces or when there is a risk of frost.
  5. The drying time of the adhesive under optimal conditions ranges from 2 hours to 5 days.
  6. It is not recommended to use the product on horizontal surfaces.
  7. Adhesive stains should be removed before they dry.
  8. There is no need to additionally impregnate the finished surface.
  9. Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Apply IZOFLEX-Primer to the entire area intended for installation. Wait until the primer is completely dry.

Apply IZOFLEX-LK adhesive using a notched trowel with 6x6 mm teeth, perpendicular to the direction of tile installation.

The size of the area covered with adhesive should be adjusted to the air temperature to prevent the adhesive from drying out. The adhesive should remain fresh and moist. If it starts to dry too quickly, you can use a spray bottle to mist the adhesive surface lightly. To prevent the adhesive from drying out in the bucket, you can also mist the surface inside.

Prepare the panels to the length required for installation.
Prepare the panels to the length required for installation.

If necessary, cut the panels using a utility knife. Izoflex Lamell is much easier to cut than to bend. The panels are made almost entirely of natural materials, not "rubber," and these have limited flexibility.

Begin installation from the corners, placing the panels in vertical strips.

Attach the first panel, maintaining an approximate 5 mm gap from the adjacent one. Make sure the entire surface of the panel adheres properly to the adhesive-covered wall, ensuring there are no hollow spaces underneath.

Slide each subsequent panel up against the previous one, allowing the adhesive to naturally fill the joints.

Excess adhesive may appear between two panels—remove it using a small brush or a spatula.

After placing the panels, press them firmly with a wallpaper roller to ensure optimal adhesion.

Corners should be glued edge to edge, pressing them firmly and carefully into place.
